WORKERS, WAGES AND ATTITUDE TO WORK.

There are right attitude to work and wrong attitude to work. Workers with fear of God that are willing to enjoy good success will surely have Right Attitude to Work (RAW).

Those who are saying ‘it is not necessary to sweat while doing government work will always abscond from duties/offices.

There are rewards for both right and wrong attitudes to civil services. To have rest of mind and justify the salary/wage we are collecting, we need to cultivate right attitude to work.

Government should be mindful of welfare of workers and make necessary provisions to make workers happy and enjoy good work environment.

Political office holders, labour leaders and others should not forget the fact that their offices are temporary with limited days/years.

Nigeria is a blessed country, let us try to play our roles to make it a better place to live in.
