A non- profit organization, Captain Hart Modey’s Foundation has been founded.
According to the founder, Capt. Hart Modey, their aims are to give to the poor, the needy, the physically challenged, widows, orphans, the indigent among others.
He however added their core value as ‘project pad a girl child’ , explaining that there are so many girls who are not financially stable to afford a sanitary pad, he said most of them use rags, tissues, unhygienic traditional methods, which in turns are harmful to their bodies causing various forms of bacteria and viral infections which mostly go untreated.
Capt. Modey therefore hinted that their major objective is to save a girl child who can’t afford sanitary pads from the hazards associated with using various unhealthy methods.
He calls on the government, corporate organizations, individual to support this project of saving our poor girls who can’t afford a sanitary pad.

The Man Capt Hart is born to the family of Fidelis Uloko Modey, is a Sailor, Investor, Philanthropist, Humanitarian and Principal founder of Capt. Hart Modey’s Foundation, Emmadoug paint etc.
Capt. Hart Modey MNI/SDPO is merchant ship captain by profession and a multi-skilled professional with over 30 year of proven operator, mechanical maintenance and managerial experience in marine industry.
He is a Nautical Scientist by training and hold a PhD in Marine Management.
Capt. Hart Modey is kindhearted, skilled and courteous to both young and the old. Chief Hart is a man driven by love, he empathize with the down trodden in the society, as he has faced similar challenges growing up. It grief his heart seeing people suffer as a result of hardship, lack of jobs, hunger and social vices.
