Donnie McClurkin, William McDowell, Sinach, Timi Dakolo, Travis Greene, Naomi Raine, Nathaniel Bassey ,Tim Godfrey, Tope Alabi, Others Set For The Experience 2023

As the 2023 edition of The Experience kicks off tonight, notable gospel artistes within and outside the country are set to perform at the event tagged, “Jesus Our Way Maker”.

This year’s edition would features gospel singers including some of Nigeria’s leading soul lifting gospel singers and foreign artistes across the border. Amongst the performing artistes are Donnie McClurkin, William McDowell, Sinach, Timi Dakolo, Travis Greene, Naomi Raine, Nathaniel Bassey ,Tim Godfrey, Tope Alabi, Muyiwa Olanrewaju, Beejay Sax, Rock Cathedral Gospel Choir and many more.

Speaking during a press briefing on Friday morning to herald the night of praise, the convener, Pastor Paul Adefarasin of the House On The Rock stated that every significant milestone begins with a single step, a journey he described as defined by faith, unity, collaboration and powerfully transformative moments.

The success of the journey, presiding pastor of the House on the Rock Church attributed to the power of Almighty God who began and sustains what’s now globally acclaimed as the biggest gathering of gospel music enthusiasts on the face of earth.

Speaking further, Pastor Adefarin said, time has come for the body of Christ to intentionally nurture unrelenting commitment to the common good through persuasive mediums including but not limited to music and films.

Speaking at the briefing, a performing gospel artiste and popular Nigerian gospel singer Sinach, expressed her joy in God who’d counted her among His chosen vessel to propagate the gospel. She noted that she is nothing, but bless God for using her to have performed in previous editions of The Experience and being privileged among the living to be present at the this year’s concert.

Also speaking, the United Kingdom televangelist, broadcast and gospel singer, Muyiwa Olanrewaju, said
when we talk about young people and the impact of The Experience concert, it has contributed immensely to the growth of gospel music in the country.

He described Pastor Paul Adefarasin as a motivator of young people’s talent and someone who nurtures them.

He looks forward to a day where there’ll be collaboration between America and Africa, which promises to be soul lifting.
