Even though we celebrate you, the Head of Service of Lagos, daily, today is a special day to appreciate you for transforming the civil service of our dear state and bringing professionalism to the system.
We are happy seeing improvements in the way the civil service of Lagos State has metamorphosed and is run with you as the head. Your vision for a greater Lagos and successful government has made it difficult to see a worker who is not passionate about his job in the State.
To say you are a successful technocrat is simply saying the obvious but we can see your success in the outstanding performances recorded by our civil service time and again.
I, my family and colleagues at the Lagos House of Assembly join every Government worker in the State to wish you a happy 50th birthday celebration.
We also pray that God grant you life, health, protection and the needed wisdom to galvanise and create the right direction among our dear workers, amen.
