Hon Femi Saheed joins Princess Samiat Bada to receive Gov Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Commissioning of Ikosi-Isheri Ultra-Modern Secretariat and Fruit Market.

It was a gathering of creme de la creme of Lagos and Ikosi-Isheri residents as Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu cut the tape of Ikosi-Isheri Ultra-Modern Secretariat and Fruit Market in a highly remarkable event.

The Governor who was accompanied by his deputy, Dr Obafemi Hamzat and other state officials commended the host and chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada for her great works in just her short period in office. He acknowledged that the projects embarked upon by the administration of the Mayoress are people centered and impactful.

The Governor used the medium to highlight some of the projects the state is executing in Kosofe, Ikosi-Isheri axis to make life bearable for residents. He urged people to ensure they make use of the ongoing Voters Registration exercise to obtain their voters card to be eligible to vote.

Hon Femi Saheed in his Keynote address commended Princess Samiat Bada for her good job urging that she continue in that spirit to take development to the nooks and crannies of the council. The Honorable representing Kosofe Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly where Ikosi-Isheri falls assured the Council Boss that he would do all within his powers to support her works.

Princess Samiat Bada on her part thanked the Governor, Hon Femi Saheed and all guests that graced the event. Other notable personalities at the ceremony were Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs Dr Wale Ahmed; Honorable Member of LAHA Kosofe 1, Hon Ganiyu Sanni; The Iyaloja General, Chief Mrs Folashade Tinubu-Ojo; the Kosofe Representative at House of Representatives, Hon Rotimi Agunsoye; his predecessor Hon Dayo Bush and so many more.
