Joe Okei Odumakin bags tech life women of courage awards,as Mtn set to launch 5G broadband on Sunday

Comrade Dr. Joe Okei Odumakin has been conferred a Tech life women of courage awards towards her contributions in nation building with courage to tread ways men are afraid to tread.

She was specially honoured during the Women Entrepreneurs&Executive In Tech Summit held on Thursday at the Sheraton hotel themed Re Skilling Women&Girls To Thrive in the Digital Economy “set towards higligting the vast opportunities available to women in the digital era.

Comrade Dr.Joe Odumakin commended the summit organiser I  in her address that it was such a relevant honour and event which is very good to keep the women and girls updated so as to prevent them from falling on the wayside.

She charged the women and girls to take no wastage of opportunities and silence for an option, as rate of violence and death increase. Everybody must speak up as violence is gender blind!

She thereby urged parents and guardians to allow no violence and corruption to thrive in their community  and ensure they inculcate right value in their children,when the y grow they won’t depart from I t.

The convener of the Tech life summit,Mrs Ugochi Emmanuel recognized the presence of everyone and specially noted mrs Tinuola Oguntuyi for her birthday celebration during the welcome address,that the event was scheduled to honour 26 Awards recipients and get them re skilled to accelerate progress and identify Nigeria women across board who have been able to maximise the enormous opportunities offered by the digital age to better nigeria community .

The MD of ICSL,Mr. Yemisi Oshodi said women should be more encouraged and supported in technological skills so as to have a diverse workforce to make Nigerians productive and cheaper.

The MTN South west Lagos manager ,Mrs. Anatasta said in her address that MTN has encouraged no dull moment in its digital services and  networking as the company is set to launch  its 5G broadband on Sunday 18 September 2022 at Falomo ikoyi Lagos.

Others in attendance were the Medallion President Mr Ikechukwu Nnamani,Yele Okeremi,Mrs Wunmi Hassan and  irumole global Otunba Bestman Eze. Etc
