NSCDC ANAMBRA COMMAND COMMENCES TRAINING FOR 2019 RECRUITED PERSONNEL

The Anambra State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC has today Monday 4th of April 2022 commenced the training of successfully recruited and documented personnel who participated in the year 2019 NSCDC recruitment exercise.

In a press statement e-signed and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP by the Command’s Spokesperson, DSC Okadigbo Edwin stated that, “The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Anambra State Command, today Monday 4th of April 2022 commenced the training of successful recruited and documented personnel of Anambra State who participated in the year 2019 NSCDC recruitment exercise.”

According to Okadigbo, “Addressing the newly recruited officers at the State Command Headquarters Awka, the Anambra State Commandant, Mr. Everestus C. Obiyo JP+ congratulated successful candidates and urged them to be of good behavior during the training.

According to him, “You are expected to display self discipline, and dedication during your period of training, obey all training rules and regulations, and develop your mental capacity for efficient response to security issues,” he said.

Earlier, the Head of Training Department, DCC Kizito K. Emaikwu admonished the trainees to be dedicated to succeed in their chosen career of service to the citizens
by paying attention to detail during the training period.

The training is expected to last for the next three (3) months where trainees will receive instruction in numerous areas which include induction, etiquette, ethics, rudiments of drill, and Parade pathology among others. Upon completion of the initial three (3) months training, the trainees will be selected in batches for Basic Training Course at the designated NSCDC training colleges and Schools.
