.. As another prominent Community Policing Stakeholder; Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Gerawa Refurbished two Patrol Vehicles for Kano Police Command’s Rapid Response Team

In a significant boost to the operational capabilities of the Kano State Police Command, on 2nd January, 2014, another generous partner; Zaytun Humanitarian Foundation (ZHF) has stepped forward and donated a patrol vehicle to enhance the Command’s efforts in maintaining law and order within the community. This time, Kwalli Divisional Police Headquarters was selected by the donor as the beneficiary of this much-needed vehicle, allowing the division to enhance its level of service, visibility patrols and effectiveness towards combating crime.

2. Recognizing the importance of bolstering security infrastructure, the partners identified Kwalli Police Division as a critical area that require an additional resources to optimize its crime prevention and response. This generously is a clear demonstration of the recognition of the steady commitment the police is providing to the safety and well-being of all the residents of the State.

3. In another boost, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Gerawa, a renowned community leader for his and public spritted, has also played another crucial role of supporting the Kano Police Command’s Rapid Response Team (RRT) by taking the burden of which he refurbished two patrol vehicles for the RRT thereby showcased his unwavering support for ensuring that the rapid response capacity of the police to distress call and the overall prevention of crimes in Kano State.

During the short presentation events, CP Mohammed Usaini Gumel, FIPMA, psc expresses his profound gratitude to the stakeholders for extraordinarily been there for the police as the supports will undoubtedly make a significant difference in drive towards strengthening security and providing the Police Command with increased mobility and enhancing the required efficiency to responses to distressed the community members and the ability to respond to various scenes of crime incidents. The CP further calls on the good people of the State to continue to cooperate with the Police Command as the issue of security is a collective responsibility.
