Chief Emeka Beke who happens to be the duly elected Chairman of the Rivers state All progressive congress Rivers state chapter has debunked a purported and deceitful allegation making rounds on social media following the pictures been circulated in the recent birthday celebration of his bossom friend Hon Isobor Jack he attended.
Chief Emeka Beke, who recently attended the birthday celebration of his friend Hon Isobor Jack was an event graced by all and sundry from different political parties, political groups and political gladiators in Rivers state.
In his statement he said “ My attention has been drawn to a publication across social media platforms trying so hard to push a deceitful narrative. The Minister of FCT Chief(Barr) Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike and I exchanged pleasantries during the birthday party of our mutual friend and ally Hon Isobor Jack. This does not imply that I am happy with or planning to be a supporter of Wike’s political leadership. There is nothing to be excited about with the political atmosphere today in Rivers state. We met in an unplanned manner and were all excited to celebrate with our mutual friend and brother on his birthday .”
Chief Emeka Beke has asked the entire public to disregard the publication been circulated by the over zealous self acclaimed Rivers state APC New Media as he said that the publication is false and misleading and should be treated as chaff. He concluded by saying that Regardless of party affiliations, like other well meaning citizens of Rivers State, I am opposed to any illegal and untoward arrangements, geared towards engineering unrest in the state. The growth and success of Rivers state lies in the hands of Rivers people as we should make sure that Rivers state works.
