approached Necit ‘Nigeria Limited initially, to engage the company for good business, the Necit company management thought the banks would come to help the industry, but afterwards the Necit Nigeria Limited goods were sold to further business.

This was disclosed on Wednesday, during the Press Conference with the Necit CEO held, at the Company premises, themed, “The Challenges Manufacturing Sector Faces With Nigerian Commercial Banks; The Necit Nigeria Limited Story” at Emerald Road Mowe Ogun State.

Speaking at the Conference, the MD/CEO of Necit Nigeria Limited, Dr. Emmanuel Iheagwazi expressed, that he has the belief that Nigeria can be great again, as a law abiding citizen, if things are properly put in place with the rightful principles which will not run the Industrial traders and companies down the drain.

Saying, that industrialization is all about how cheap is the product of the Industry, and when the product begin to go beyond the affordable rates, then it becomes unbearable one that may possibly run out of sales.

And just by the end of the year 2023,then the Necit started realising that these Banks continous demands were beginning to be scary, turning to wickedness and slavery.

He buttressed, that the industry has reported the matter to the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, so as to deliver the company from crazy bills and demands, because the company does not want to send it’s employees away, and that the incentive of the government is highly required.

As we still want to put food on the tables of the Masses. He said.

He thereby appealed to the Federal Government, to reduce the tariff of the Manufacturers, so that they will be able to produce in their companies without pains.

“We are going to be happy as Industrialists to be like China, which made things become more cheaper for their people, as we will be a good hope for other African countries, if we understand that charity begins at home”. He added.

However, he called on the Federal Government to make things easy for the Industrialists, by doing it so well, to see that Africans feed and industrialise themselves, in order to make other countries come to Africa, most especially to Nigeria, in the same way we are going to China.

Also, government should please tackle the issue of insecurity in the nation and with this, the issue of Dollars will come down and the regulatory body will see the dollar the way it is.

He maintained, that Nigeria is richer than Zambia today, and Zambia is making things bearable to the masses.

Emphasising that when he travelled to Zambia, the country dollar was not costly, and it was not draining the masses.

So, we are praying for Nigeria Leaders and we will never stop praying. He said.

Others in attendance, were Financial Comptroller, Mr. Seyi Okunuga and the General Manager, Mr. Obasi Onu.
